FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises boardless ploughing the soil to create porous mechanically activated soil structure, mulching harrowing. Soil treatment is carried out by spraying an aqueous solution of a mixture of biological and organic-mineral preparations selected in the ratio (0.5÷1):3. After that, the treated area is covered with the roll material providing the maintenance of the concentration of aqueous solutions of reagents, regardless of rainfall. The biological product is used as hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms selected from the yeast and bacteria, or mesophilic microorganisms of the genus Rhodococcus, Psendomonas, Acinetobacter. The organic-mineral preparations are used as humic-mineral concentrates on a basis of potassium humate or the mixture of humic or fulvic acids. The device comprises the vehicle on which the container for a solution and the hinged unit are mounted. The hinged unit comprises a boardless plough, a block of disc harrows, and a liquid sprayer in the form of a tube, mounted in series. The sprayer is attached to the centrifugal and the nozzle sprayers. The harrow discs are made convex, provided with notches and mounted transversely inclined in opposite directions.

EFFECT: technology and design enable to improve the quality of soil decontamination from petroleum products and heavy metals.
