FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device includes toilet bowl (1) with upper fabrication (2) and rear inlet (3) and outlet (4) openings, a tight accumulating vessel (5) of water (6) and air (7) under pressure (p), with water inlet (8) and outlet (9) branch pipes under pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, flexible main line (12) for water supply to inlet branch pipe (8), main line (13) for supply of water from outlet branch pipe (9) to inlet opening (3) of toilet bowl (1), with device (14) for its opening/closing, an attachment point of the accumulating vessel to the rear part of toilet bowl (1) and a control system. The attachment point of the accumulating vessel to the rear part of the toilet bowl is made in the form of hinge (10) with transverse horizontal axis (11), with a possibility of accumulating vessel (5) being turned both in empty and water-filled states at least through 90° and fixed in its extreme positions, with that, in the lower position - with temporary closing of toilet bowl (1) in plain view with its fabrication opening (2) and temporary fulfilment of a function of the cover of toilet bowl (1), i.e. with a possibility of alternating two functions of accumulating vessel (5). Main line (13) for water supply from outlet branch pipe (9) to inlet opening (3) of toilet bowl (1) is flexible and has a possibility of multiple deformation at turning of accumulating vessel (5) within the above minimum range of 90°.

EFFECT: improving technical and operating characteristics; enhancing automation conditions of a control and maintenance system.
