FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a source of fluid medium under higher pressure and a diaphragm valve of indirect action. The valve is installed between the specified source of fluid medium and an inlet hole of a toilet with the possibility of dosed supply of fluid medium for flushing. The valve comprises a diaphragm (9) as a stop element. The diaphragm (9) is normally pressed to a seat (11) in the plane parallel to the longitudinal axis (12) of the valve, and separating the inner volume of the valve into three chambers - an inlet one (13), mainly longitudinal, an above-diaphragm one (14) and an outlet one, formed by a transverse (15), starting from the seat (11), and a longitudinal (16) sections. In the inlet chamber (13) of the valve there is additionally a splitter (18) of a fluid medium flow. The plane of longitudinal cross section of the splitter matches the longitudinal cross section of the valve. In the end of the transverse section (15) of the outlet chamber there is additionally the second profiled smoothing-guiding blade (22).

EFFECT: increased efficiency of device operation by reduction of water consumption for flushing and increased quality of flushing.
