FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic bandpass filter based on quasi-stationary resonators consists of interconnected metal-coated ceramic unit in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped made of thermally stable ceramic material with dielectric permittivity of εr1, on which communication elements are formed in the form of sections coplanar lines and low capacitive areas, as well as a circuit of inductors with direct inductive coupling, made in the form of metal-coated openings in the ceramic unit, and communication elements in the form of sections of coplanar lines, and a metal-coated ceramic plate made of thermally stable ceramic material with dielectric permittivity εr2>>εr1, on a circuit of capacitors is formed in the form of flat capacitors with metal-coated openings, as well as communication elements in the form of upper capacitive areas.
EFFECT: raising the upper stop band of a bandpass filter, designing ceramic filters with small overall dimensions in the centimetre and decimetre wavelength range.
