SUBSTANCE: in the dispensing device, the stacks of sheet hygienic products are arranged. Each stack of hygienic sheet products comprises first and second webs. The webs are mutually stacked with each other. The stack comprises an upper panel of the first web and an upper panel of the second web. The upper panel of the first web overlaps the upper panel of the second web and has a cut-out. The cut-out is formed so that the upper panel of the second web is open for exposure. On the upper panel of the first web and on the upper panel of the second web a bonding layer is provided. The bonding layer is made with the ability of engagement with an adjacent stack.
EFFECT: reliability of pulling the first and second sheet of the stack through the dispensing opening following the last sheets of the adjacent stack due to direct bonding.
