FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the process of making the pile of separate sections of the web continuous web is fed into perforation unit. Continuous web is perforated at preset intervals. Web material sheets are made between sequential perforation lines. Continuous web is fed to cutting unit. Continuous web is cut at preset intervals to web sections. Web sections are flexed by bending roller. Web folded section is placed to make the folded sheets piles. Claimed device comprises perforation unit, cutting unit, folding unit and sheet stacking unit. Upstream and downstream of perforation unit web stretching device is arranged. Pile of folded sheets comprises section of webs. The latter is divided into sheets by perforation.
EFFECT: ease of web separation in making the piles.
