FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. ESR 620×1700±25 mm ingots are turned to 600×1700±25 mm ingots-billets. Through central 100±5 mm diameter bore is drilled therein. Said ingots-billets are turned to 600±5.0×out200±5.0×1700±25 mm size and heated to 1260-1270°C. Said ingots-billets are pierced-rolled at helical rolling mill at 375 mm diameter mandrel to 640×out390×2040-2100 mm sleeves-billets with increase in diameter δp. = 6.67% and rolling-out µp. = 1.218. Cold- or hot-charged ingots-billets are heated to 1270-1280°C. Said ingots-billets are pierced-rolled at helical rolling mill at 525 mm diameter mandrel to 670×out540×3540-3650 mm sleeves with increase in diameter δp. = 3.13% and rolling-out µp. = 1.752. Rerolled pipes are bored, turned and trimmed to commercial seamless hot-strained 630×16×3100-3200 mm pipes with diameter allowance of ±0.8% and wall allowance of ±10.0%.
EFFECT: decreased metal consumption factor.
