SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of production of fire retardant cellulose material used as building boards, and a device for its implementation. The method comprises processing the cellulose fibres to obtain a fibre mixture, followed by preparing the moistured mixture from a mixture of fibres and a flame retardant solution. The moistured mixture comprises particles of solid matter of flame retardant solution, dispersed substantially uniformly and completely in the said mixture. In some aspects, the cohesive mixture can be prepared from moistured mixture and the binder, and then the said cohesive mixture can be moulded to obtain a moulded cellulose product. Also the corresponding device is proposed.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of plates based on cellulosic fibres having improved characteristics and physical properties, while providing the increased level of fire resistance.
