SUBSTANCE: device comprises a rack with supports and brackets. In the method the virus-free material is obtained, the seedlings are grown to the size standard for this container, the seedlings are planted in a sterilised container and the nutrient solution flow through the container is carried out. The gas-air mixture is fed to the root zone of plants, sterilisation of the container and the system of nutrient solution flow is carried out. Cultivation of plants is carried out in the container made with the ability of dynamic change the cultivation parameters. And the cultivation is carried out with the LED lighting with the parameters of the spectrum in the operation regime morning-day-evening-night.
