SUBSTANCE: biotechnological device for obtaining virus-free potato microtubers in vitro contains an upper instrumental compartment, including equipment that controls the conditions of the internal microclimate, an operating equipment unit, and a working chamber isolated from the external environment, separated from the upper compartment by a thermally insulating partition, the working chamber contains racks with culture containers with plant material equipped with gas-air and shut-off valves, ramps with light sources are placed between the racks, and the operating equipment unit consists of a lighting unit, a ventilation unit, a cooling unit and an air purification and disinfection unit, including an ionizer, an ozonizer and an ultraviolet lamp mounted inside housing, on one side of which an air compressor is mounted, and on the other an air filter is mounted, the outlet of the cleaning and disinfection unit is connected to the air distribution network connected to the culture containers through gas-air valves.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the duration of the technological process of cultivation and the consumption of material and technical resources.
