FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to independent systems of power and heat supply of country houses. Heat supply of country houses is performed from a heat accumulator which is charged from the vortex heat generator with the pump power supply from the electric power storages (accumulators). From accumulators the power supply of other power consuming equipment of houses and rooms is also performed. Charging of accumulators is performed from the centralized electric network only during the night period at the lower tariffs for the electric power. At short-term excess by electric equipment of residential building of the rated value pre-set by the power limiter, the power supply of its power consuming equipment (except for the pump of the vortex heat generator) will be performed both from accumulators, and also from the mains.
EFFECT: improvement of efficiency of electric power utilisation.
