FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in a device for an automatic/semi-automatic door, air-tight frames are assembled from above, from below and on both sides of the automatic/semi-automatic door, and an airtight structure embedded in the floor the surface of which contacts the bottom of the opening/closing part of the door, provides tight insertion of the air-tight frame and its sliding in the structure providing air tightness. Therefore, all gaps and slots between internal and external parts of the room are blocked, thus preventing noise penetration, draughts, etc., and the opening/closing part of the door does not wobble and does not go off the guide rail.

EFFECT: preventing door going off the guide rail during opening and closing and providing air tightness between external and internal parts of the room when in a closed position.
