SUBSTANCE: electric boiling apparatus includes a housing comprising an inner cup configured to accommodate food and a heating device; a cover connected to the upper part of the body and opening and closing by means of an opening/closing device; a pressure mode selection unit configured to pass through the cover and configured to switch or maintain the open/closed state to divert the inner steam from the inner cup by interacting with the opening/closing device; a unit of sensors configured to detect the position of locking/unlocking the locking device of the inner bowl, which closes the inner bowl by interacting with the opening/closing device; and a control unit configured to supply power to the housing in the event of receiving any readout signal from the sensor unit and configured to actuate the heating device according to a cooking instruction supplied through the control panel when power is supplied to the housing.

EFFECT: present invention discloses an electric cooking apparatus configured to prepare food in inner cup, which is under pressure and not under pressure, which increases culinary properties of the presented article and ease of use.
