FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: multifunctional rescue device comprises a waterproof casing, of insulations of material with low thermal conductivity and a density less than the density of water. The housing is made of insulation in the form of a hollow cylinder, the front part of which is attached to the hollow cone of transparent waterproof material. In the front and rear part of the cylinder the disc insulations are mounted. The device has the upper and lower sheet insulations with a casing and a reinforcement tube. Mounting the engine is provided by the connection piece. Breath of a person is provided by the upper tube for breathing.
EFFECT: protection against cold air and water is achieved, increase in stability of the device when exposed to large waves, providing the best streamlining of the design to reduce the time of evacuation, providing protection from exposure to carbon monoxide gases, and maintenance of security functional capabilities in case of a turnover of the rescue device.
