FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device relates to individual rescue devices to be used in emergent conditions in water. Proposed device has rounded truncated cone-shaped shell 1, cone smaller base being directed downward. Shell skin is made from light elastic waterproof material and comprises cavities isolated by elastic baffles 2. Inflatable chambers 3 are arranged in each said cavity to fit shell perimetre. Every said chamber 3 communicates via nipples 4 on shell outer surface with pump 5 to be filled with air so that depth of device immersion is controlled by person located therein. To protect rescued person from adverse weather, top outer edge of board may be jointed with transparent waterproof cupola 12 made up of two folding parts. Said cupola 12 incorporates vent channel 13 arranged at its center to communicate cupola space with external air. Umbrella safety device 14 is arranged above said vent channel 13 made up of two folding parts made from transparent waterproof material. Support carcasses of cupola 12 and safety device 14 are made up of tubular elements 15.
EFFECT: higher reliability and ease of use.
