SUBSTANCE: method for local treatment and prevention of common dental diseases in the children suffering cerebral paralysis involves using a herbal medicinal preparation, which is presented by a chewable tablet containing bee wax 950 mg and dry polyextract of garden sage 50 mg 3 times a day for 15 minutes during 30 days. The above dry polyextract is produced by imbedding garden sage leaves in distilled water in ratio 1:10, soaking for 2 hours, extracting in water bath for 1 hour with back flow condenser, pouring the extract off, squeezing the raw material and imbedding it in another extractant, which is 70% ethanol in the same ratio, as water, soaking for 2 hours, extracting for 1 hour in water bath with back flow condenser, pouring the extract off, squeezing the raw material, imbedding the cake with one more extractant, which is 90% ethanol, soaking for 2 hours and extracting for 1 hour with back flow condenser; the three extract produced are combined, whereas the extractant is boiled down until a dry residue is produced. The chewable tablet containing bee wax 950 mg and dry polyextract of garden sage 50 mg is taken 3 times a day after a meal for 15 minutes during 30 days.

EFFECT: improving the clinical indicators of the dental health, relieving dry lips and oral mucosa, gum itching, burning and bleeding, bad odour, increasing the biochemical and physical-chemical characteristics of the oral fluid, reducing calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, protein, TBA-active products concentrations, stabilising the oral fluid viscosity, accelerating salivation, and normalising oral pH in the children suffering cerebral paralysis.
