FIELD: preparations for medical, dental or toiletry purposes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of means for teeth cleaning, and more specifically to therapeutic-prophylactic toothpastes. What is presented is a therapeutic toothpaste containing hydroxyapatite with particle size of 20-80 nm, papain, silicon dioxide, 1,2-propanediol, cocamidopropyl betaine, silicon tetraglycerolate in glycerol of the composition Si(C3H7O3)4⋅6C3H8O3 and a thickener, which additionally contains silicon dimethyldiglycerolate in glycerine of composition (CH3)2Si(C3H7O3)2⋅0,25C3H8O3, xylitol and the target additive, and xanthan gum as a thickener, with a certain ratio of components. Target additive can be sodium fluoride, iron (III) monoglycerolate FeC3H5O3, sodium alginate.
EFFECT: use of the proposed toothpaste provides a therapeutic effect in elderly and senile patients, including those with occlusive, periodontal or dystrophic syndrome.
