FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fibre-based wear-proof, preferably, floor boards. Claimed production process comprises the steps that follow. Lower ply including the mix of wood fibres and pitch is applied on substrate. Dry powder ply including the mix of cleaned fibres, binder, pigments and wear-proof particles on said substrate. The lower ply is arranged between substrate and dry powder ply. Said dry powder ply is hardened to wear-proof surface ply by application of heat and pressure thereto. Invention relates to floor board thus made.
EFFECT: wear-proof surface ply features light and/or regular painting.
