FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to construction materials, namely to floor panels. Floor panel contains core (3) of wood fibre with balancing layer on rear side and surface layer on front side of core. Surface layer contains sublayer (12) based on powder, paper layer (2), outer layer (1a) based on powder and paper outer layer (1b). Average length of fibres and outer layer based on powder is smaller than that of paper layer and paper outer layer. For making floor panel paper (2) is applied on one side of core (3). Decor (8) is created on paper (2) by application of digital print. Melamine formaldehyde resin is applied on paper (2). Decor (8) and paper (2) with resin are heated using infrared lamps. Resin is cured by application of heating and compression to produce multilayer article. In another version sublayer (12) based on powder containing wood fibers and thermosetting resin is applied on core (3). Non-processed paper is applied on sublayer is applied followed by application of protective layer on it, which contains melamine formaldehyde resin and aluminium oxide. Impregnation non-processed paper and cured resin is made by heating and squeezing to produce multilayer article.
EFFECT: production of panels with high impact resistance and wear resistance and improved pattern surface.
