SUBSTANCE: refrigerating unit, namely a domestic refrigerating unit, with an evaporative tray and a current-carrying cable that can be located in an air gap above the evaporative tray, a protective grid passes above water surface in the evaporative tray, thus preventing contact of the cable to water.
EFFECT: use of this invention excludes the risk of submersion of the cable located above the evaporative tray into water without any restriction of air exchange between the gap and environment.
