FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in the known intrinsically safe remote control device which contains AC power supply, a control point consisting of series connected contacts of the buttons "start", "stop" and diode, the connection line connected between the named control point and the power supply through the current-limiting resistor, the comparator to non-inverting input of which the reference signal shaping unit is connected, and to the inverting input - the input signal shaping unit implemented as AC filter the input of which is connected to the beginning of the connection line, the actuating relay and the DC filter through which the winding of this relay is connected to the comparator output the reference signal shaping unit is offered to implement as a resistor-based voltage divider, HF voltage generator and the amplifier the output of which in connected parallel to one of divider arms, and the input through connecting elements - to the generator output, the divider arm connected to the non-inverting comparator input shall be shunted by the optron output with series connected resistor and the amplifier with series connected resistor, and to connect the input of the named optron to the circuit of the actuating relay electromagnet winding, and to connect the amplifier input through the rectifier to the output of another divider attached through the auxiliary contact of the controlled switching device to the power supply. DC filter is implemented as an amplifier the input of which is connected to the comparator output, and the output - with inputs of two series connected transistors of opposite type of conductivity attached through the rectifier to the power supply and to the circuit consisting of series connected capacitor, two diodes and capacitor. The point of connection of these diodes is connected to the transistors connection point, and the actuating relay winding is connected to the diodes connection points with capacitors through the optron input. Increase of voltage on auxiliary contacts of the controlled device and their current by means of another divider, reduction of the threshold of actuation at occurrence of current in the actuating relay winding by means of the optron and thus the exception of the zone of unstable operation of this relay, use of new DC filter allow to ensure reliable functioning of the device, and formation of the reference signal by means of resistor-based voltage divider allows to provide the required accuracy of control of resistance of the connection line with the control point.

EFFECT: improvement of reliability and accuracy of monitoring.
