FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: asynchronous alternator comprises a double-pole winding of the stator and excitation capacitors, two controlled rectifiers with direct-current outputs, single-pole and double-pole switches. The stator winding is made of four coil groups. The end of the first coil group of the winding is connected to the beginning of the second coil group, the end of the second coil group of the winding is connected to the beginning of the third coil group, the end of the third coil group of the winding is connected to the beginning of the fourth coil group, the end of the fourth coil group of the winding is connected to the beginning of the first coil group. From the first up to the fourth power leads from the beginnings of coil groups are connected to transversely opposed pairs of theses power leads of two excitation capacitors and the first controlled rectifier with the first direct-current output, the second controlled rectifier with the second direct-current output with the potential joint of direct-current outputs in parallel to each other by a double-pole switch or joint of these direct-current outputs by a single-pole switch.
