SUBSTANCE: concrete mix making method consists in the fact that, first, 50% of design amount of cement is mixed with mixing water containing a superplasticising agent of a condensation product based on sodium salt of naphthalene sulphonic acid and formaldehyde - RELAMIX T2 and a hardening acceleration agent - sodium sulphate, subject to mechanical and chemical activation in a rotary pulse apparatus with the number of revolutions of the working element of 5000 rpm during 2-3 minutes, with further mixing of the rest part of cement, filler and the second superplasticising agent based on ester of polycarboxylate - REMICRETE SP60.

EFFECT: improving strength, freeze resistance and water non-permeability.
