FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to methods of preparing concrete mixture and mortar, concrete and structures, and can be used in production of articles and structures in prefabricated house building and monolithic construction. Method involves pretreatment of portland cement together with metakaolin and superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate ester by vortex layer of anisotropic ferromagnetic bodies in nonmagnetic reservoir located in apparatus with external electromagnetic field. At the same time portland cement together with metakaolin and superplasticizer by means of translational movement of the piston is supplied along the inner cavity of the nonmagnetic continuous pipe into the zone of rotating anisotropic ferromagnetic bodies with diameter of 0.8–1.5 mm and length of 5–10 mm, motion of which is provided by the apparatus with external electromagnetic field. At that energy saturation and length of working zone make at least 100 kW/m³ and 0.6 m, activation time – 4–8 minutes. Ratio of said components is, wt. %: portland cement – 75.0–85.0, superplasticizer – 0.75–0.85, metakaolin – the rest. Further, the activated binder is mixed with coarse and fine aggregate, watered and additionally mixed in a concrete mixer for at least 5 minutes.

EFFECT: high mobility of the concrete mixture, high early and high-grade strength of concrete articles for compression, high frost resistance.
