FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to electric clamping device comprised of clamp body (7) with screw (8) and clamping element (13). Screw (8) is mounted in opening (10) of the body (7) so that it may move, at that screw (8) is connected to clamping element (13) so that it may rotate. Over screw (8) there is a part of the body with clearance hole (16) narrowed by edging (18) in regard to diameter of screw head (17). Edging (18) comprises at least one fixing element (19) cut free in edging (18) and installed so that it may move in radial direction.
EFFECT: development of electric clamping device with simple and reliable fixation of the clamping screw in open position.
