FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electric engineering, and the thermal active polymer "electric active" material can be widely used during manufacturing of the converters of external action of the physical fields to the electric signal. The invention relates to the thermal active polymer "electric active" material, that is result of surface contact of the "electric active" polymer of thermal active type with metal and/or semiconductor, and structure of the "electric active" polymer of thermal active type corresponds to the copolymer structure, in its polymer chain the "electric active" elements are non-uniformly distributed (fragments of diarylfluorene and/or diarylanthrone), connected with each other via the appropriate intermediate elements of the molecular chain of the thermal active copolymers: phenolformaldehyde resols and cross-linked copolymers after their solidification. Besides, the material is described based on the said polymers, made in form of films applied to the metal or semiconductor.
EFFECT: creation of thermal active polymer "electric active" material having increased electric conductivity sensitivity to the external actions in wide range of thicknesses of the polymer films.
