FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is monoclonal antibody or its antigen-binding fragment with very high immunosuppressive activity, which binds with peptide, which contains amino acid succession SSVLYGGPPSAA, or with conjugate of said peptide with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, where monoclonal antibody or its antigen-binding fragment has higher affinity of binding with core histone, than with H1 histone. Also described are methods of treatment and reduction of risk of transplant rejection development, which include introduction of effective quantity of described antibody or its antigen-binding fragment.
EFFECT: invention extends arsenal of immunosuppressive medications.
