SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises positioning means (10), damper drive mechanism (20), pedal-type lifter (30), lifting locking mechanism (40) and built-in damper retainer (50). Note here that drive (20) comprises lower crosswise beam (203), vertical tubular prop (206), crossbar (208) and auxiliary vertical prop (209). Crossbar (208) is fitted between the main and auxiliary vertical props (206) and (209). Lower crosswise beam (203) is connected with lower part of the main vertical prop (206). Positioning means (10) is welded to upper part of auxiliary prop (209). Damper retainer (50) is built in inside of the main vertical prop (206). Lifting locking device (40) is secured at crossbar (208). Pedal-type lifter (30) is connected with the assembly of part retainer (50) for its up/down driving by the lever.
EFFECT: lower labour input.
