FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: this pump has split cylinder (1) composed of hollow top cylinder (2) of hydraulic protection with seal (5) and hollow bottom cylinder (3) with suction valve (25). Hollow plunger (4) features equal diameter of outer surface and is provided at bottom part with centring ledge (31), pressure valve (26) and cage (28). Clearance (33) communicated with ambient medium is arranged between inner surface of plunger (4), inner surface of working cylinder (3) under bottom seal (7) and working cylinder (3) chamber. Seal (5) comprises spaced apart top and bottom seals (6) and (7) with cylinder sleeves (8) accommodating outer and inner sets of seals (10) and (11), scrapers (12) and (13) and top and bottom seals (16, 17). Closed chamber (18) is arranged between seals (6) and (7) filled with lubing fluid to house rolling bearings (22, 23). Plunger (4) is provided with shank (35) with extending guide pins (4) and pumped fluid discharge channels (36, 36a). Shank (35) is fitted inside adapter (42) and provided with two locks having lengthwise grooves (46) and crosswise grooves (46) to receive pins (41) of shank (35) for locking the plunger lengthwise displacement and rotation in bottom transportation position.

EFFECT: friendly assembly, mounting, lowering and removal, higher MTBR.
