FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to plunger pumps, especially for transfer of highly viscous liquids containing mechanical impurities and gas, in particular to downhole sucker-rod pumps. Pump comprises a cylinder with narrowed necks installed in the housing with possibility of limited axial movement. Seats are arranged in the lower and upper parts of the housing to interact with the ends of the necks. Below upper and above lower seat in body there is at least one through radial hole. Plunger is arranged in the cylinder with limited axial movement relative to the rod. Rod is equipped with a guide bushing telescopically connected to the plunger and is made hollow. Shut-off element is installed on the rod above the seat, wherein the top seat is installed with possibility of alternate interaction with the neck of the cylinder and a shut-off element. Lower part of the plunger is provided with a ledge while the guide bushing is furnished with a central core with a shut-off element of the delivery valve of the lower working chamber. Cylinder is spring-loaded relative to housing. At least one through radial hole is made in upper part of the rod.
EFFECT: increasing productivity and reducing volume losses, increasing stroke of plunger and loads for opening and closing of suction valve.
