FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, namely to a method of treatment of the drifting face with a combined executive tool. The method comprises forming the advance cut on the primary rocks with the cutting bit. Destruction of permafrost coarse clastic rocks with the impact tool is carried out. After each cycle of mining the near-contour part of the face, weakened by the impact pulses is destroyed with the additional influence of the cutting bit to a depth D, which value is determined from the relation:
EFFECT: increase of the stability and efficiency of working and ensuring the safety of the subsequent mining operations under conditions of alluvial mines of the cryolithic zone.
