SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to door handle device (4) on vehicle door exterior side (1) which device includes door handle (5) which in the area of the first end (6) of the handle is embedded in door (2) with possibility of turning and which in the area of the other end (7) of the handle distanced from the first end (6) of the handle contains actuating projection (8) butting into the door (2) and serving to actuate door lock when the door handle (5) is turned by its second end (7) of the handle from the door (2), and contains protective element (9) which is embedded in the door (2) in the area of its exterior side (1) of the door and near the second end (7) of the handle. As for door handle of the mentioned type, it is provided according to the present invention that the door handle (5) and protective element (9) contain interacting guides (14, 15) to direct the door handle (5) relative to the protective element (9) when the door handle (5) is turned to actuate door lock.

EFFECT: door handle of the mentioned type provides, among other things, deviation-resistant attachment and door handle (5) guiding during its actuation, in particular, during its rotary movement for door lock actuation.
