SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to guiding fitting for the piece of furniture (1) with a sliding door, comprising at least one sliding door (2, 3) mounted with the ability of directed movement along the guiding profile (7) and the running rail (6). The proposed guiding fitting comprises a housing (101, 201, 301) mounted on the sliding door (2, 3), and on the said fitting housing a guiding latch (51) is mounted, made with the ability of directional movement in the guiding profile (7), and a leash (52) connected to the damper (54) and/or an automatic retraction device. At that at least the guiding latch (51) and the leash (52) are mounted with the ability of reverse motion from the mounting position at which it is possible to rotate smoothly the sliding door (2, 3) under the guiding profile (7) in the working position, in which the guiding latch (51) and the leash (52) plunge into the guiding profile (7), at that the ability is provided to lock the said latch and the leash in the working position.
