SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automating retracting and damping device (5) for movable furniture parts (2) including a driver (30) designed so that to enable connection to a movable furniture part (2), a damper (18, 35) by means whereof the driver (30) is decelerated in at least one direction, a spring element (17) accelerating the driver (30) movement from the first position into the second position and noted for the fact that the damper (18, 35), the driver (30) and the spring element (17) are connected to one another via the four-bar linkage (13) setting the driver (30) linear direction.
