VEGETABLE OIL-BASED ADHESIVES, GLUING BY PRESSING Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC C09J7/02 C09J191/00

Abstract RU 2560408 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: construction, containing adhesive, which glues by pressing, which includes: (a) supporting substrate; and (b) compositional adhesive, gluing by pressing, placed on supporting substrate. Gluing by pressing adhesive includes product, obtained from at least one epoxidised vegetable oil, for instance, expoxidised soybean oil, and at least one dibasic acid or its anhydride or combination of dibasic acid or its anhydride and monobasic acid or its anhydride. Gluing by pressing adhesive includes product of ester condensation, including component of epoxidised vegetable oil, cross-linked at least one dibasic acid or its anhydride or combination of dibasic acid or its anhydride and monobasic acid or its anhydride. Method of producing construction with gluing by pressing adhesive includes carrying out reaction between epoxidised vegetable oil and at least one dibasic acid or its anhydride or combination of dibasic acid or its anhydride and monobasic acid or its anhydride, then obtaining gluing by pressure adhesive on supporting substrate or anti-adhesion liner from resulting reaction product. Method of producing adhesive composition, which includes carrying out reaction with obtaining modified epoxidised vegetable oil and then carrying out of reaction between the latter component and other ingredients to obtain glue composition.

EFFECT: sufficient cohesive and adhesive strength and good starting adhesion.
