FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system contains main pipeline, device for pressure difference creation upstream the drive, hydraulic turbine, bypass line being section of pipeline with diameter below the main pipeline diameter, and located in zone of the device installation to create pressure difference in the line section of the main pipeline. The bypass line is tightly connected with the main pipeline upstream and downstream the device creating pressure difference. The hydraulic turbine is tightly located in the bypass line with possibility of the hydraulic disconnection with the transported product from the main pipeline. The system contains power module comprising batteries, inventor with charger, process Instruments being transmitters and signal transducers, microprocessor controller connected by inputs with process Instruments, and by output with drive of the pressure difference device. The system is provided with centrifugal pump, work fluid pipeline and hydro-electric turbine. The hydraulic turbine and the centrifugal pump are connected with possibility of disconnection at critical load, and are located in common frame secured on the main pipeline. The work fluid pipeline is connected with output of the centrifugal pump, and with input of the hydro-electric turbine located in the power module. And its output is connected with batteries by means of the inventor with charger.
EFFECT: higher operation reliability of system.
