FIELD: pipeline engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises electrically controlled gates, microprocessor controller whose output is connected with the input of the unit of electrically controlled gates, receiving-transmitting units made of radio modem, autonomous multi-functional power source made of battery connected with the unit for measuring, radio modem, and microprocessor controller, and Diesel engine connected with the unit of electrically driven gates. The method comprises monitoring processed information on the system received from the microprocessor controller. The acquisition of information on the system parameters and data processing are performed by comparing the parameters in the microprocessor controller. The microprocessor controller generates a control signal that is sent to the actuating mechanisms.
