FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a drive lifting mechanism for drive rollers of a wheel turning lathe installed under the workshop floor. Both drive rollers forming a pair of rollers respectively are coupled with each other with body closure. Body closure joint consists of two toothed bars engaged with a common pinion, the said bars are pivotally connected to power cylinders and intermediate levers and are supported by a roller guide on the side respectively opposite to the place of engagement with the pinion.
