FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: infrared drying device includes a body with double walls made of stainless steel and having access holes for removal of moisture and connection of exhaust ventilation. The device includes an axial blower, a metal frame with a trolley enabling the frame installation inside the device body, four sections of the drying device with stainless steel reflectors, infrared halogen lamps and metal bas for suspending fish. Provided for is a control device including a timer, a time relay, two temperature sensors for control of temperature in the device and immediately inside the product being cured with indication on the control device display as well as a three-position toggle switch enabling the installation switching to the reduced power mode.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce duration of curing process and energy expenditures combined with preservation of the high quality indices of the product cured.
