FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: iron-cobalt alloy phosphating is realised at temperature 95-98°C for 2-3 minutes in solution, containing, g/dm: P2O5 - 7.4…9.8, Mn2+ - 2.1…2.8, Zn2+ - 11.0…13.0, N O 3 - 21.0...25.0, N O 2 - 0.3…0.5. Phosphating is carried out in dynamic mode.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain 3-5 mcm thick dense, finely crystalline homogeneous electrically insulating phosphate films, which have breakdown voltage value equal 200-300 V and possess protective properties, sufficient for prevention of corrosion on component surface in inter-operation period.
