SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention is illustrated by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of the inventive simulator, the Fig. 2 shows a top view of the flywheel and the spring in the initial position, the Fig. 3 shows a top view of the flywheel and the spring in the intermediate position. The sports mechanical simulator for development of speed of hand motion comprises a single-stage crankshaft mounted vertically with the possibility of rotary movement, mounted with the possibility of rotational movement of the crankshaft necks in the sliding bearings 2 fixed on the fixed base 3. On the crank pin 1 a device 4 is fixed for carpal holding by the trainee athlete with the ability of rolling. The crankshaft 1 has a flywheel 5 mounted on its axis of rotation. At the periphery of the flywheel 5 a carrier 6 is mounted, connected to one end of the spring 7 of tension (of resilient element), and the other end of which is fixed on a stationary base. And the axis of rotation of the crankshaft can be positioned at an angle to the vertical from the location of the athlete. In the extended embodiment the simulator has the abilities of adjustments for the athlete's height and length of his hand (not shown on the drawings), as well as a device for changing the compression of the resilient element.
