SUBSTANCE: vessel comprises pulled-in propulsor with propulsion container, flute and second sealing devices. Said flute accommodates said propulsion container for it to displace therein. Said contained can displace with the help of said flute between first and second positions towards first sealing device. Said first and second sealing devices can be sealed at first and second position of propulsion container. Screw propeller drive is located in pulled-in propulsor container and has first and second positions whereat screw propeller is located below and above the vessel base plane.
