SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of building materials and can be applied for production of heat-insulating, construction-heat-insulating and construction concretes for housing and civil building. Composite building material, obtained from mixture, which includes binding agent and wastes of woodworking, where mixture as binding agent contains suspension, obtained by mixing terra silicea, milled to specific surface 2000 m²/g, 40% solution of caustic soda and water in weight ratio 1:1.34:3.10, exposure at 95°C for 4 h and cooling,

wood chips and additionally sodium fluorsilicate and microsilica are used as wastes of woodworking with the following component ratio, wt %: said suspension 47-55, sodium fluorsilicate 4-6, microsilica 8-10, wood chips 33-37.

EFFECT: provided possibility of obtaining wall materials with application of simplified technology and local raw material.
