FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and can be used for making heat-insulating and structural-heat-insulating concrete for residential and civil construction. Building material obtained from a mixture which contains, wt. %: a binder, which is a composition containing tripoli powder, ground to specific surface area of 2000 m2/g, - 40 and portland cement grade 32.5–60, wood chips produced during grinding lump wastes logging, sawing and woodworking, of coniferous wood, hardwood or their mixture, with length of not more than 60 mm and thickness of not more than 30 mm - 28, water - 32, at that calcium chloride is added to water in amount of 2 % of water volume.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of technological process of material production, recycling of wastes.
