FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piezoceramic materials and can be used in production of ultrasonic converters, in particular devices for medical diagnostics. Piezoceramic material based on system of solid solutions of aNaNbO3+bKNbO3+cCuNb2O6 (a+b+c = 100%) contains sodium, potassium, niobium and copper oxides with the following component ratio, wt %: Na2O - 8.56÷8.75, K2O 12.75÷13.01, Nb2O5 77.28÷77.35, CuO 1.16 or Na2O 9.22÷9.50, K2O 11.69÷12.09, Nb2O5 77.53÷77.64, CuO 1.16. The result is conditioned by formation in the process of sintering of intermediate Cu-containing compounds with low melting temperature, with which formation of liquid phases, densification of the structure and, therefore, reducing sample resistance at frequency of piezoelectric resonance, is associated with.
EFFECT: material is characterised by higher mechanic quality factor (Qm = 500), lower value of relative permittivity (εT 33/ε = 345) with preservation of high piezoelectric characteristics.
