FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the precision alloys based on nickel-chrome system, working in wide range of temperatures and intended to implement micrometallurgical processes of functional coatings making based on the powder materials and cast microwires with high microhardness. Alloy of nickel-chrome system contains in wt %: Cr 12.0-18.0, Mn 7.0-10.5, Sn 2.0-3.0, Si 1.0-1.5, W 0.8-2.5, Re 0.9-1.8, Ce 0.2-0.6, La 0.1-0.5, Y 0.3-0.7, Ni - rest. The alloy is produced by manganese, silicon and tin addition in form of intermetallic compounds Mn 2 Si and Mn 2 Sn, at that ratio manganese:silicon in the intermetallic compound Mn 2 Si is 5:1.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of the powder compositions, functional coatings, microwires with higher microhardness.
