FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy of alloys based on cobalt, which are intended for obtaining of wear-resistant coatings with high micro hardness, which are obtained by means of hetero-phase transfer methods. Alloy based on cobalt has the following composition, wt %: 20.0-30.0 Cr; 6.0-12.0 Si; 2.0-4.0 B; 0.2-0.8 Y; 0.1 - 0.6 Ce; 0.3 - 0.9 La. Ratio of content of silicone to boron is equal to 3:1, and alloy structure represents a metal matrix with nano-dimensional particles of Ce oxides with the size of 30-80 nm, Y nitrides with the size of 50-100 nm and La hydrides with the size of 20-60 nm. Volumetric fraction of nano-dimensional fractions in the alloy comprises 30-50%.
EFFECT: proposed alloy for application of coatings improves wear resistance of coatings due to increase of micro hardness up to 68-72 HRc.
