FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clamping and pulling device for step-by-step pulling out of hoisting cables selectively of one of mine winding plant branches. The device includes longitudinally immovable clamping elements and located with possibility of displacement clamping elements, respectively, two opposite, made with possibility of displacement clamping elements enclosing hoisting cable in pairs provide pressing by force closure to hoisting cable; at least one V-shaped clamping plane with upward wedge apex and at least one V-shaped clamping plane with downward wedge apex on each immovable clamping element and on each clamping element made with possibility of displacement. The device has drive for reciprocating movement of clamping elements made with possibility of displacement. V-shaped clamping planes with upward wedge apices and downward wedge apices on each clamping element are located adjacently with each other and transversally to longitudinal direction of each hoisting cable.
EFFECT: decreased structural height.
