FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: food product storage with accumulation of cold is designed in the form of an underground facility and has a chamber for placement of products, a vessel with cold accumulation liquid and a means for cooling such liquid, the means filled with a coolant medium. The liquid cooling means contains serially connected parts acting as an evaporation zone, a transportation zone and a condensation zone. The condensation zone is positioned under the ground surface. The cold accumulation vessel is positioned inside, in the central part of the refrigeration chamber air part; the condition of ice across the whole depth of the cold accumulation vessel is controlled by temperature sensors installed across the whole depth.

EFFECT: increase of the area of contact of the cold accumulation vessel and ice condition control.
