SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food storage means. Storage for food products with accumulation of cold is made in the form of an underground structure and contains a container for accumulating cold, thermosyphons containing sequentially connected parts that are an evaporation zone, a transport zone and a condensation zone, which are above the surface of the ground and cool the water, the temperature of which is controlled by the sensors, an air cooler having a wall in contact with the ground, floor and ceiling cover with a hatch, an inclined vestibule with a door and a staircase. Storage tank for cold storage has a protective measuring device.
EFFECT: use of this invention ensures that the walls of the cold storage vessel are not destroyed.
